Music City BMX Sponsorship Packages

CORPORATE/BUSINESS SPONSORSHIPS:

JERSEY SPONSORSHIP – (4 spots) – $500.00

Be an integral part of the Music City BMX experience and put your company logo on our Music City BMX track jerseys.  Our high quality jerseys are redesigned every year and feature the latest Music City BMX logo on the front and back. With this sponsorship your company will be one of only four (4) corporate logos to be included in this year’s design.  Riders and their families purchase these jerseys to show their support for the local track.  These are worn locally but also as riders travel and compete in state, region and national events, meaning your company can travel with them.

FACILITY BANNER – (40 spots) – $400.00

Become a part of the experience and put your name on our facility.  We have various banner locations throughout our facility including fences and bounding areas.  Let us put your custom 4x6 banner in one of these spots.  First-come, first-served as to location; however, all banners will be placed in high traffic and high exposure areas around the track and seating areas.  BMX is a visual sport and your banner will be an integral part of that vision.

GATE WRAP BANNER – (Four spots) – $1000.00

Have your company logo front and center with the action in the main focal point of the entire track, the starting gate. Limited spots are available, but if you want your company name to be seen by as many people as possible then these spots are for you.  More than one spot may be purchased.

RIDER SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES:

Sponsor a Rider/Scholarship program – (UNLIMITED slots) – See pricing below

You are not just supporting the track or an organization with this package, you can support a rider and their dream.  Give a local rider the opportunity to experience the track and the thrill of racing with an individual rider sponsorship.  By sponsoring a single rider for the season you are affording them the opportunity to enjoy FREE practices and FREE local single point races for the entire season***.

• On-site promotional space for banner, etc. provided
• Inclusion in announcer rotation

RACE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES:

Local race sponsorship – (possibility of 52 spots) – See pricing below

With an opportunity for 26 weeks of racing, there are plenty of spots available in our local race sponsorship package.  You can sponsor a single race or multiple races.  This is your opportunity to spotlight your company for the entire night.  You will be our primary race sponsor for that evening’s activities and events and will be included in all event notifications and announcements.  You are welcome to provide your own marketing and on-site advertising materials for each sponsored event**.

• $150 – Single event
• $300 – Three (3) events
• $800 – Ten (10) events
• Recognized as sponsor for specific event
• Corporate recognition on website
• Company name on moto sheets
• High inclusion in announcer rotation
• High Inclusion in social media rotation
• On-site promotional space for banner, etc. provided

Specialty Series and State Qualifier – (Spots vary, minimum of 3) – $1200.00 Event of choice

Each season brings new specialty race series and regular state/regional events to the track.  These events are scheduled by USABMX and/or created by the local tracks themselves.  Sponsoring these events will get you into a larger audience outside of the usual local fan base.  These races often welcome thousands of participants and spectators.  Each series or event occurs over several weekend days or as a series of events scheduled throughout the entire season.  You would sponsor the event as a whole and would be the sole event sponsor for all marketing promotions.

• Corporate logo on all marketing materials
• High inclusion in announcer rotation
• High inclusion in social media rotation
• Primary sponsor inclusion for all event notifications and  announcements
