2021 started out real nice was on a roll to hit a number of big races, right up until the bottom fell out in April. at 52, I seem to get injuries like 2-3 minor ones a year. in 2021 it was like 5 with a non-covid illness, a couple of bigger injuries, a surgery, coupled with some post pandemic financial struggles really put a dinger in my plans and the number of races I could have and planned to race. The strangest week I have ever had so far was getting dropped by Velocity, which they told me it was nothing I had done and t... Read More

I have to praise God for that. I never ever thought that the following things would happen... I would do more than just roll off the gate and cross the finish line I would ... Read More

I raced for the first time in 8 years since a real ugly spinal and brain injury at the first of the year after being cleared by the doctors. I was at Rum River BMX a palace of Indoor BMX in Isanti, MN, In a land where in the winter, arenas usually have sheets of Ice I was in awe how well the building held this 1100 foot race track, and I have seen some really nice tracks in my 36 years around BMX. This track tugged on my heartstrings as the place to race. So that's... Read More
