USA BMX Launches New National Pricing And Hotel Program

USA BMX and BMX Canada have teamed up with EventConnect to launch BMXHotels.com, a new platform to enhance the BMX experience.

The new platform drastically simplifies hotel bookings, lowers costs, and introduces a rewards program that provides significant savings for BMX families and participants throughout the year.

Through BMXHotels.com, users can choose their hotels—whether in-block or out-of-block—using a single, user-friendly system. The program’s nominal per-night deposit system ensures a transparent and seamless reservation experience while helping participants save on BMX.

As part of this partnership, BMXHotels.com unveils the new loyalty program to reward BMX families for booking at Host and Preferred Hotels. Riders can enjoy savings all year long with these exclusive benefits:

  • 10 room nights: Free Open Entry

  • 20 room nights: Free Open Entry

  • 30 room nights: Free National Entry

  • 40 room nights: Free National Entry

What is happening with the Stay to Save Program?

Since the creation of the Stay to Save Program, only about 30% of National attendees have used it, and recently, the numbers have dropped even further. While we understand that some were happy with the program, almost 70% of National attendees were saving more money by booking out-of-block hotels and paying full price for entry fees. 

Now, everyone can choose their hotels, whether in-block or out-of-block, through one easy-to-use system and pay lower overall entry fees. 

With Stay to Save no longer linked to entry fees, we can offer the same discounted fees to everyone, home or away, hotel or camping. Pricing is now based on the time of registration. The earlier you register, the more you save.
