Onsite registration is Friday 1:00-3:00pm and Saturday 7:30-9:30am.
There is NO registration on Sunday (not online. not onsite).
You MUST register for Sundays race by 9:30am on Saturday! Don’t miss this deadline!
USA BMX's flyer also states: Online registration will close 30 minutes prior to the time listed for the of onsite registration.

CAMPING
MadTown BMX will have limited spaces available for camping onsite during Gold Cup Final 2024. There are 35 total spots available and are on a first come first serve basis. Campers may start arriving on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 11am. All campers must leave by Sunday, September 22, 2024 by 9pm. Cost is $75 for the weekend and includes one weekend parking pass.
- Payment is required to reserve a spot. See payment information below.
- Roping off areas/saving spots will not be allowed. If you want to park with someone else, please arrive together.
- At the track, there are no shower houses, septic/water hook-ups, electric hook-ups or water sources to fill water tanks.
- Madison Campground (4859 Co Rd V, DeForest, WI 53532) is amazing and agreed to allow Gold Cup campers to fill their water and take showers for free! (Their dump station is $10)
- No alcoholic beverages.
- Quiet time is 10pm - 7am

IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS AND RULES:
Thursday, 12-8pm: Gate practice
- Hosted and run by MadTown BMX
- $10 per person
- Pay at MadTown registration tower
- You will get a wristband good for the entire Thursday practice.
- Wristband must be visible to gate operator in order to practice.
Friday-Sunday are Gold Cup practices/races are run by USA BMX.
- USA BMX runs registration (pre and onsite), practice Friday & Saturday, scoring, staging, marshaling. EVERYTHING.
- MadTown BMX volunteers won’t be able to help with specific Gold Cup race questions/issues and will direct you to the USA BMX staff.
- Live motos will be run through USA BMX
- No Live Stream Available

PARKING DETAILS
Times the Parking Lot Opens:
- Thursday: 11am
- Friday: 9am
- Saturday: 6am
- Sunday: 6am
Thursday: Gate Practice Parking
- Free
- We will not have parking attendants.
- Be mindful of where you are parking.
- Do not block main driveways, park other vehicles in, or block designated areas.
Friday-Sunday: Gold Cup Race Parking
- $10 for 1-day pass
- $25 for weekend pass
- CASH ONLY
- Enter parking lot through main driveway.
- No cutting grass to skip the line or paying. (Even if you have a weekend parking pass.)
- Display parking ticket on dashboard and be ready to show it upon reentry.
- Must park where we directed by attendant.
- No saving parking spots. If you need to park next to someone, you must arrive at the same time.
- Vehicles will be towed if blocking driveways, handicap spots, or other designated areas.
PIT SPACES:
- Set up starts during practice on Thursday, September 19 at 11am.
- First come, first served.
- Set up anywhere within the fence or designated areas.
- DO NOT take a parking spots for your pit.
Other Rules and Things to Know About the Track:
- No running water. We will have hand wash stations near the porta potties. There are no fill areas or faucets. Bringing extra jugs of water in your car would probably come in handy.
- Cash needed
- Parking, 50/50 raffle, and some concessions are cash only.
- No ATM on site.
- Dogs are allowed but must be leashed and owner is responsible to clean up after them.
- Smoking allowed in designated areas
- No alcohol or drugs allowed
- Spectators are encouraged to come and watch. Admission is free. Parking fees apply.
- Strider track:
- For kids 5 and under
- Helmets required
- Parents must be present
