Hey everyone! I'm Zakk. A proud father of 2 awesome racers! I spent last season racing as much as I could with my son jace, I ended up getting injured in Oct. Tibial plateau fracture and dislocated knee.. I don't have a super cool story to go with it just a simple slip of a pedal at the wrong time.. still can't believe it can be something so devastating!! Now that I've been healing and working on my physical recovery for a while I figure it was time to share my after story.. the day of the injury I told my sons not to give up just because I got hurt this bad, spent 10 days in the hospital before I could be discharged, tons of drs appointments and ice packs later.. I'm now able to start riding a little bit and walk on both legs again. I'm definitely not going to be coming back hard like I started again last season but you'll definitely see me in the gate again this season! UPDATE: 11-2-22

State 2 in cruiser class a year after my injury! DONT GIVE UP!!!!!
