  • Description: ** Gate Practice & Club Coaching** Open Gate Practice 5:30pm - 8pm --> We'll be running the gate, playing some tunes and generally having fun on the track! **No Pre-Sign up needed. Just show up with your bike, full face helmet, gloves, long sleeve shirt, long pants** **Short sleeve shirt and shorts are permitted only with elbow, knee & shin pads** **Be sure to watch our FB page for weather related changes to the schedule** Club Coaching Intro/Novice 5:30 - 6:30pm --> This session is ideal for new and beginner riders; there is no charge for this session, so please come out and have fun developing your riding skills Inter/Expert 6:30 - 7:30pm --> This session is meant for those riders who are at the intermediate or expert level. There is a $5.00 fee, no pre-registration required
