We, along with the rest of Richmond, continue to follow local and state guidelines for event Organization during the COVID-19 pandemic. The track remains open to the public following Richmond Parks and Rec and City of Richmond guidance for Gillies Creek Park as a whole.

While the track remains open, large collections of riders or riders not observing social distancing guidelines can and will result in the closure of the track and park. We ask everyone, enjoy the track, but do not linger in close relation to other riders. Its not fun, we get that, but not doing so will result in the track being closed by the City of Richmond, FULL STOP.

We have cancelled all events on the calendar thru end of April. We are sure May is to be scrapped but we have not yet officially cancelled those just as an administrative step and the utmost optimism. I mean, what else to we have at the moment.
