October 25th is our annual Halloween Race & Chili Cook-off!!!!!
For the last scheduled local race of the season, we let loose a little... maybe a lot!

Do you have a super-secret chili recipe passed down through generations of your family? Maybe you are an awesome self-taught chef with a creative spin on traditional chili. Now is your time to shine! Bring your chili in a crockpot (electricity will be provided), with a ladle/spoon and Derby City will provide napkins, bowls and spoons. Each chili will be assigned a number and everyone will vote on their favorite during registration. The winner at the end of the day will win a trophy and bragging rights!

We will have a regular local race on Saturday, but we will also have other free "fun" races... be prepared for anything! We invite all riders to come in costume for the races. Moms, be ready to compete for an awesome gift card - no more excuses, spouses and friends will loan you the gear! All adults should be practicing for the "Adult Strider" race and riders, be flexible because these are not your normal races!

We ask all families to bring candy for the "Trick or Trunk" in the parking lot after the races are over!
