2023 Fall Open House!!!!!
On Wednesday, 9/25 at 5PM, Horseheads BMX will be hosting an Open House (Rain or Shine!) This is a great opportunity to learn about the amazing Olympic sport of BMX racing. There is no cost for this informational session, and everyone is welcome to stay afterwards and try out BMX in a practice-like stress-free setting. FREE Racing & Bike Giveaway!!!!!
This Saturday (6/10) at Horseheads BMX is our National BMX Day race…that means 100% FREE racing for EVERYONE, and USA BMX memberships are NOT required!!! Even if you’ve done a “one-day” membership in the past, you can still race this free race!!! Vintage trophies are the awards for all riders!!! 2023 Season!!!
GREAT NEWS!!!! The 2023 season has started!!! Saturday is RACEDAY!!!!! Registration, sign-ups, memberships, etc can be done in person the day of the race. Race registration & practice will be from 11:30-1PM. Racing starting shortly after 1! Wednesdays are open practice night (5-8PM) Come late, leave early, or stay the entire time!!! :) Please make sure to check into registration before going on the track! Start of 2022 Season!
GREAT NEWS!!!! The 2022 season is right arouond the corner!!! First up - 4/2 RACEDAY!!!!! Registration, sign-ups, memberships, etc can be done in person the day of the race. Race registration & practice will be from 11-1PM. Racing starting shortly after 1! Our first BMX Open House of 2022 will be on 4/4 at 6PM. Pre-registration is not required. Loaner bikes are available if needed. Long pants, long sleeve shirt, sneakers, and helmets are required to ride the BMX track....

2021 End of Season Banquet (2/5/22)
Our 2021 End of Season Banquet will be held on 2/5 from Noon to 2 PM at the Horseheads American Legion on Old Ithaca Rd (near the track)!!!!! Everyone who raced regularly (and their families) in at Horseheads BMX in 2021 is encouraged to join us. There is no cost for this event and food, snacks, & drinks will be provided! Extended 2021 Season!!!!!
We are happy to announce that our 2021 season has been extended at Horseheads BMX!!!! We will continue to race as long as the weather and track will allow!!!! Races are scheduled for Saturday 11/6, 11/13, 11/20, 11/27, 12/4, and 12/11! Registration and practice is 12-1 PM. Start of 2021 Season!
GREAT NEWS!!!! The 2021 season is scheduled to start on time! The 1st event is our BMX Open House on 4/1. There will be open house presentations at 5PM, 6PM, and 7PM at the BMX track. Pre-registration is not required. The earlier groups will have an opportunity to ride the track as well. Loaner bikes are available if needed. Long pants, long sleeve shirt, and helmets are required. The 2020 season is starting!!!!
Its time!!!!! The 2020 season is starting at Horseheads BMX!!!!! Our first practices are scheduled for 6/22 and 6/24. These practices require pre-registration as we are only being allowed a certian number of people within the track area at a time.
