Meet Kaiden and Scarlett!

Kaiden is a 12 year old Intermediate and Scarlett is a 5 year old Novice. Kaiden started racing last summer and quickly wanted to be at the track all the time. His sister, Scarlett wasn’t far behind. She started with Strider races and then moved into the Novice category right before we lost our local LoneStar BMX track. She has not raced since our track closed, so getting this new local track means the world to her. Kaiden raced in Grands last November and finished 4th in the Mains for Novice 11 year olds. He moved up to Intermediate at the end of the year.  He’s been racing Gold Cup and State Qualifiers this year. He’s continuing to improve, but it has definitely been challenging without a track here. Having the new LoneStar BMX track means so much to our family. My kids get to do a sport they love close to home, but they also get to see friends they have grown so close to. We cannot wait for the LoneStar track to be finished so that we once again have a track to call home.
