This clinic is for riders who are new to BMX and want to learn basic riding skills on the track. The clinic focuses on beginner techniques to build foundational BMX racing skills.

WHAT
6 weekly 1-hour group sessions led by USA BMX Certified Coach, John Nevin. Our Beginner Clinic focuses on the following skills: 

GATES - How to balance in the gate, how to come out of the gate and how to watch the lights.

TURNS - Basic lines to take during riding through the turns.

JUMPS - Basic skills on how to ride through the jumps, how to place your pedals and how to use your arms and                    legs when riding over them.
