Richmond BMX is excited to announce the launch of a brand new program designed for all our new BMX’ers. Introducing the New Rider Program – NEW RIDER HOLESHOT PROGRAM This is a weekly skills clinic running for 6 weeks which is designed to teach new riders of all ages the basic skills that will help them become a more skilled and confident BMX racer. RLC Weekend a HUGE success!
Wow, what a weekend. The Redline Cup qualifier and Virginia State Championship qualifier this past weekend at Richmond BMX was as big as any event the track has held in recent memory. Perfect weather, a finely tuned track and hundreds of riders made for two sensational days of racing we wont soon forget. With a total of 360 riders and 73 motos on Saturday and 240 riders in 53 motos Sunday and probably 1000 gate drops over the three event, the entire weekend was a smashing success...

Hey there, BMXers!! With racing quickly ramping up to FULL SWING, we're starting the Advanced Skills Clinic at YOUR Richmond BMX earlier in 2013 than ever before! Advanced Skills Clinics are designed for the Skilled Novice, Intermediate, and even Expert Racers who want to improve their track skills and progress in the sport. Central Virginia Double is where its AT!!
Just two weeks before the RLC and Virginia State qualifier, Richmond BMX was THE place to be early Sunday Afternoon. 74 riders and 18 motos brought a ton of racing action to Gillies Creek Park. Click here for the results. Dont forget gate practice every Thursday to keep in tune before the big race! VMP rounded out the Double with amazing racing action on a super fast and smooth VMP. Central Virginia Double Days!
This coming Sunday April 14th is the first Sunday Double race at Richmond and VMP BMX. Registration at Richmond will start at 12:30 pm, look for us to start a little earlier if possible, and will run to 1:30pm SHARP! Call Luck 804-305-1329 or Gary 804-516-9162 if you are running late. Great Turnout at Season Opener
After getting rain, sleet and snow on our scheduled season opener March 24th, the Season Opener on Wednesday April 3rd was a smashing success Click Here For Results. We had 59 riders, including 7 first time racers and striders. We had a limited amount of time to complete all the motos and mains before the sun went down and got all races in with time to spare.
