    2017 Bluegrass Nationals race report

    Another BMX season has begun, and USA BMX returned to Louisville for stop No.2 of the National circuit; going to the Freedom Hall in Louisville, Kentucky. Famous in the United States as being the last home to the UCI World Championships (way back in 2001), the action heated up for the first 3-day national of the year - with all of the States competing for the President's Cup Championship.

    With 765 motos, the 2016 USA BMX Grands broke another record for moto-count and ridership. With racers from 21 countries, 47 states and over 3,000 entries it is obvious as to why this event is dubbed the #greatestraceonearth !

    CHESAPEAKE BMX in Severn, MD hosted the 5th of 6 Gold Cup Championships; and brought in one of the largest turnouts of them all. Hundreds of riders from all over the eastern seaboard arrived with full intent of earning the coveted yellow background plate of a Gold Cup Champion.
