Gaining a since of empathy for those who hold cycle therapy values is important to me.  Communicating other values of importance & benefits for the whole family are what I'm establishing.  Social-connecting positive family resources through my cycling efforts is my personality trait.  "Commanders are natural-borne leaders" is what my personality finding told me.  Striving for greatness involves willpower apparently.  I have an extravert personality which enables me to become a great business leader one day. Unforgiving is the word that was used when it comes to battling wits.  Other familiar personalities that matched my personality assessment was Steve Jobs, Gordon Ramsey, Margaret Thatcher, and Franklin D. Roosevelt.  Being charismatic and inspiring is another trait I thought was spot on with this personality reveal.  When I get to talking about my hopes and dreams for T.R.E., I get choked up. Because I do have a passion for what I provide for my community, I also have to recognize the faults of others to combat any unnecessary "poor handling of emotions" or "stubborn or dominant" thinking because of the history T.R.E. holds. Bridging the gap between old sponsors and new ideas is going to be my focus.  My personality revealed that I can learn from others to improve my program. My ability to command and brainstorm is going to be my greatest asset.  Ideas of family & community controlled by my "commander colleagues" may be the the strongest delegation of authority I can boldly represent.
