Looking back on my 2017 year, it was much different than any other season of racing I have ever had. I lost the fun of the sport early in the season so I did not worry about any sort of training or racing. I rode when I wanted and did my own thing until the fun was brought back. Track time and training was minimal leading to up to Grands. Although I was the most unprepared I’ve ever been for the final race of the season, it was the most fun I have ever had at the Grand nationals. 2017 was a year to remember away from the track, and on the track as the fun of the sport came back and I am looking forward to the 2018 season.
